Who is responsible
Ozone Services AG, Zug, Switzerland is responsible for processing data described in this notice. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@ozone-one.com.
Cookie preference
We place one first-party cookie named ozone_consent to remember whether you selected essential-only operation or consented analytics. It expires after 180 days. You can reopen Cookie settings from the footer at any time.
Extended functionality
Only after you allow extended functionality, we record your IP address, a visit counter and the latest access time, and look up an approximate location (country, region, city) for that IP address via ipinfo.io. We use this to secure and operate the service. Records are removed after 6 months without another visit. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
EBX tool access and email validation
EBX tools require an address with valid syntax and a domain with a usable mail route. This does not prove that the mailbox exists or belongs to you. Only the domain is sent to Cloudflare DNS. Ozone retains the submitted address, tool, use count, latest use and submitted model source.
Saved tool snapshots
PDF files stay in your browser. Other editor content is sent only when you choose Save snapshot. EBX model submissions are retained automatically. Do not submit confidential or third-party data unless authorised.
Service providers and location
The website is self-hosted on Oracle Cloud in Zurich, Switzerland (hosting and storage). Domain DNS is managed by easyname. ipinfo.io (USA) derives an approximate location from IP addresses, and Cloudflare DNS checks only the domain of addresses entered in the EBX tools. These two services may process data outside Switzerland.
Your choices and rights
You can reject analytics, change your preference, and request access, correction or deletion. A valid email domain is necessary only for the EBX service.
